The Rangiatea Gardens, Homestead and Gallery are situated on Blair and Sara Gallagher’s hill country beef and sheep property. The extensive Garden surrounds the homestead. Enjoy woodland walks, a mass of daffodils and bluebells in spring, colourful rhododendrons and azaleas from mid-October, and continual flowering of roses during the summer months.
The autumn colours are stunning, particularly the maples. And the garden has a tranquil feel. It overlooks a large pond, the farmland and great views of Mt. Somers.
The Tack Room Gallery displays the amazing colourful collection of Agate Rock, mined on the property. And the well maintained villa Homestead plays host to 4WD high country tours.
