We completely understand that the global pandemic was incredibly disruptive and unsettling for travel and may make you a little anxious when booking your next trip.  But never fear we’ve worked with our operators and done our best to offer you some peace of mind when booking with We Tour New Zealand.  We are excited to be able to offer New Zealand holidays again and want to make the experience as stress free as possible for you – which is why we have developed our Covid Travel Flexibility Plan.

If the situation occurs where you need to postpone your travel dates due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, then we guarantee that you can do so indefinitely without penalty from us – we will waive the fees we normally charge for amendments or changes of dates. Please be aware that depending on the type of tour and activities that you have booked, there may be an increase in price when you switch to new dates to account for for seasonal price differences and there may be cancellation and change fees from some individual suppliers that still apply, however we commit to working hard for you with these suppliers and relying on our great long-standing relationships to try and ease these as much as possible for you if they happen.

Once you’ve paid your trip balance and are close to travelling, if there is a Covid related travel restriction imposed which means you need to postpone, we will refund your trip balance payment (less any charges we get from the operator or their suppliers).  Your deposit will be securely held and transferred to a new date when you’re ready to rebook and we standby to help you with that when the time is right.

Our suppliers have compiled the content of all tour itineraries based on the knowledge that all accommodation and attraction suppliers will be fully operational by commencement of the 2022 / 23 touring season. If for any reason the component of a tour is not available at the time of touring, a replacement or refund will be provided. Any refund amount is based on our operator’s negotiated pricing and not retail prices.
